It’s always a pleasure to work with the multi-talented Dorée Seay. A complete breeze in front of the camera and an intense hustler behind one. Can’t wait for this super-driven artist to make it big so I can show off the hundreds of photos I’ve taken of her over the course of our friendship.
Easily one of my new favorite people. I won’t lie… I geeked a little upon meeting him. He’s frikkin’ Spider-man after all. John Bubniak is observant and intuitive and most importantly, down for the art! The man has vision and is a true artist. If you haven’t played as him in the Spider-man game, then look forward to him on your TV streaming platform very VERY soon.
Talk about big hearts. This man has the biggest one of them all. I love Benjamin. Everyone does. Take a few minutes to chat with him and you’ll get it. The guy has charisma. Kelly Lamor Wilson has style and grace. When I first met her within minutes she got me to buy this book called “The Four Agreements” and it changed my life. We had several small interactions from that moment ever since and they were always just so damn pleasant. Finally had an opportunity to shoot with her and now she’s locked in as one of the coolest girls in the business. Heather McKay is the type of person that makes sure she says hello to every human in the room. I shouldn’t say that… I think pets would be included too. So every human and adorable pet will surely get a hello and warm smile from her. She’s enigmatic and a total blast to shoot with! Did a quick and easy shoot in a friend’s backyard and I’m so happy with all the personality that was captured here. Heather is a producing MONSTER and has loads of big projects under her belt and even more to come!
Lukas Gage is a man of many words and ideas. You can see that just from his living space. He’s a painter, a collector, a dog lover, he’s got style and a heart that begs for more. We decided to chit chat for a bit before our shoot and I felt like Lukas and I had known each other for years. We could have rambled for hours but that pesky sunset lighting spilled through his window and reminded us we needed to keep it moving so we did! Here’s my faves from our session! Sorry, FRIENDS flashback. No, this is better. This is Joey King. Tiny little angel from Netflix rom-com The Kissing Booth. One of just the hundreds or so credits to her name these days. Joey, currently filming a HULU show, has also stepped into producer mode with her first feature in the works. Big things for the tiny human, excited to watch her grow.
Dorée Seay has grown more and more confident with each of our shoots. She strikes a pose with ease and major attitude. She’s got a slew of things that she’s up to, with her feature film “Split Lip” just out of theaters and making its way to online streaming soon. Had the pleasure of shooting photos for Jeremy Ford, who I worked with previously in a film Maryam Cné and I wrote, produced, and starred in. That film won Best Drama at the iHollywood Film Festival in 2017 and has easily been one of the best experiences of my life. Safe to say we've all grown so much since the film wrapped. Since then, Jeremy has stayed busy auditioning and working, with a feature film in post-production and a short film on it's way to the film festival circuit. I know a lot of people in this city, but Jeremy can easily be categorized in the small percentage of actors that is incredibly driven and focused on his craft. I'm really pleased with how these photos turned out, as I've always thought Jeremy was a man of many faces. Relatable and unique at the same time. Perfect for transforming from one character to the next. Enjoy the pics!
Talk about comfortable and confident. Aurora might say otherwise, but she knows who she is and she knows what she's doing. And that confidence screams through in her work. Constantly at work and bouncing back and forth between Los Angeles and New York, she's always on the move. Such a lovely ol' time working with this woman. If she had her way, she'd be sticking her tongue out or giving the middle finger in a majority of the photos. But we're saving that for next time. You can catch Aurora in the upcoming 2018 horror, TRUTH OR DARE. If not that, there's about a million other films on their way.
This is the homie right here. And I couldn't be prouder of this man's work ethic, love and loyalty to his friends, and his passion and drive for his craft. He's the real deal, y'all. He sees what he wants and he takes it. He's equipped himself with a utility belt of skills (did you know this dude can speak French, Spanish, and Mandarin?!).
What's he up to currently? Oh you know, just filming his show in Budapest that he happens to be the lead in where he plays a young Pablo Picasso opposite of Antonio Banderas and a long list of extremely talented folks. Check him out on GENIUS, season 2, premiering April 24th on the National Geographic channel.

Tiffany McFadden is a warrior. What more is there to say. Life throws obstacles at her and she throws her middle finger back at it. This guy right here. When I first met Jacob Elordi, I was terrified. He was polite enough, gave me a quick hello and how are you... but was quickly pulled back into an intense conversation about an actor's craft and what one shouldn't sacrifice to live the dream. Being 6'2" doesn't necessarily hurt with his intimidation factor. But get to know this guy and you'll find he's one of the kindest souls this city has to offer. Another Aussie star to watch out for, Jacob is eager to learn from anyone and everyone. He spends many of his days reading on his balcony or diving deep into sections of cinema that are relevant for him in that moment. He's a major artist with massive passion to love and grow in the arts. Check him out in 2018's Netflix hit, THE KISSING BOOTH, which is based on the popular teen novel of the same name.
Rachael is a pure joy. And man is she productive as all heck. She's been in the game for a long time. She gets the film industry, she gets people, and most importantly, she doesn't compromise herself for any of it. Rachael is and will always be a pleasure to work with. Her curiosity and sheer happiness makes you want to keep her around just so you can take snippets of her energy for yourself. This girl has the brightest future, and spoiler alert, she's in one of my own films, LEO, which we wrapped this December 2017.
Benjamin had a plan. He came into this shoot with a specific plan and vision. This is only a small portion of our shoot, but it quickly became my favorite session with Ben. Aware, hilarious, and intimidatingly intelligent, Benjamin gave me so much variety in every shot. Benjamin has never been afraid to just go for it. To live fully in his truth and to not fear any consequences. These photos are the first in studio photos that I really enjoyed shooting. I feel like I should have interviewed Ben and thrown his best quotes on some of these images. I can promise you Ben always has something incredibly interesting to say. Being in studio with Ben truly sparked a need for me to get back into the studio. You'll see what I'm talking about soon enough.
Didn't get to shoot with this good-looking fellow for too long. But it wasn't hard to get a couple of great shots of Actor Alex Fitzalan. One of Australia's better imports, Alex hit the U.S. ground running. Check out this talented wonder in the upcoming feature film SLENDERMAN, due in theaters 2018.
Sammi is the perfect human representation of a "ball of fun." She loves, she gives, and she laughs. She's one of the sweetest people out there. Definitely the most fun I've had on a photoshoot. Again with Alex Rich. Yeah, here's the deal. We're close friends, we live close by, and we (and by that I mean me) is eager to work with this guy while I can. At this moment and time, Alex is off in Budapest filming his new show "Genius: Picasso" where he plays... yes, Citizen #6. NO! He stars as the very man himself, Picasso.
Season 2 of this Emmy award winning show will air in 2018. Until then, catch Alex on Netflix's GLOW, HBO's True Detective, or in the upcoming feature film, HONOURED.

Having worked in the industry since she was just a child, Haley knows the ins and outs and ups and downs of the film world all too well. Haley is currently filming an exciting new horror project in Toronto and has a film with Keke Palmer and DMX making it's way to the surface very soon. Maryam Cné is by far one of the most talented actresses I've had the pleasure of working with in various artistic ways. We sought a simple day of fun and casual headshots and ended up with this really beautiful shot in the heart of chinatown. So easy to get lost in another culture's way of life. Maryam and I worked together on a film that we both wrote, produced, and starred in called 'The Company I Kept' which won Best Drama at the 2017 iHolly Film Festival. Kristine Morgan is such an inspiration to me. Not only a stellar human, but a stellar artist. I first met Kristine when she cast me in her feature film "Right Around Sunset." This girl has it all... visionary indie eye, keen sense of elevating simplicity, and a passion to create for no one but herself. Typically, in my experience with her, she's behind the camera. But this time we got to flip it around. And she's definitely just as comfortable in front of the camera! One of my favorite shoots in 2017 so far!
Alex Rich is about to be America's next household name. This dude is majorly talented with a work ethic that could kick your work ethic's ass. We wanted to go for a more old school, James Dean-esque vibe for our shoot. Really happy with the turnout as we played with my brand new light/floodbulb. Enjoy this little black and white series.
